Public Sector, Government, Education, and Churches
United States Post Office – The project consisted of construction of the postal facility, and parking lot. Site layout, grading for the site, a new stormwater management system was constructed to serve the facility, and pavement design was done for this project.
Fire Stations – The proposed City of Orlando Fire Station No. 16 project site is 1.69 acres and includes .75 acres of impervious building and pavement area. Also included in this project is the OUC access road/Lake Nona Gateway Road construction project. The site will allow for 1.34 acres of impervious area with treatment and attenuation being accommodated in existing wet detention pond.
Stetson University – The proposed Stetson University Library expansion is located in Deland, Volusia County, Florida. Construction for the library expansion and the drainage system totals 2.41 acres. The drainage system will consist of two dry retention ponds.
Valencia Community College West Campus – The project consisted of construction of the buidling, and parking lot. Site Student Services layout, grading for the site, a new stormwater management system was constructed to serve the facility, and pavement design was done for this project.
Lake Highland Preparatory (Pre-construction) Auditorium – The project consists of the demolition of a previously permitted stormwater management system and construction of a new stormwater management system to serve the new Auditorium and previously permitted constructed Administration, Science and Math Building and parking lot improvements. The total project area is approximately 4.9 acres of the 20.7 acres school property. The proposed stormwater management system will consist of two (2) underground exfiltration systems and additional underground pipe storage capacity to provide peak discharge attenuation.
Presbyterian Church of Celebration – Site layout, grading for the site, a new stormwater management system was constructed to serve the facility, and pavement design was done for this project.
First Presbyterian Church of Orlando – Site layout, grading for the site, a new stormwater management system was constructed to serve the facility, and pavement design was done for this project.
