Single and Multiple Family Homes
Toho Estates – The project covers 80.82 acres for 108 new single family homesites in addition to two existing homes for a total of 110 single family homes. The site is situated along the east shore of East Lake Tohopekaliga, .25 mi. west of State Road 15 (Narcoosee Road), and is bordered by Dan Smith Road on the south and Thompkins Road on the north. The project site will have stormwater management facilities (SMF’s) to provide water quality treatment, peak discharge attenuation, and floodplain compensating storage. SMF’s include a centrally located wet detention pond, three dry detention ponds, and environmental swales.
